Enter our competition — #Namethetrebuchet — to win tickets every week to the PIWOSA WINE CAR BOOT at Journey’s End as well as a grand prize of a case of mixed PIWOSA wine!

#Namethetrebuchet will run from 10 August to the final winner announcement on 7 September 2015. The winner will receive four tickets to the event, as well as a case of mixed PIWOSA wine.

The Event:

PIWOSA-Wine-Car-Boot-SaleA day of fine wine and epic entertainment on Sunday 13 September 2015 at Journey’s End Estate in Sir Lowry’s Pass.

The PIWOSA wine producers – Cederberg Wines, Journey’s End Vineyards, The Drift Farm, Raats Family Wines, Jordan Wine Estate, Klein Constantia Estate, Paul Cluver Wines, Ken Forrester Wines, Mullineux & Leeu Wines, The Winery of Good Hope, and Glenelly Wines – will be arriving in an array of vintage, retro and sexy sports cars, and will be presenting their wines, for tasting and sales, from the boots of their vehicles. Rare and older vintages will be showcased in the boot of a classic car at the Collector’s Corner.

The Journey’s End Trebuchet will be in regular use during the day, creating a whole lot of fun and excitement.

Tickets at R150 per head, including 12 tasting tokens, a branded glass and all entertainment, are available via Quicket. Children under 18 enter free of charge.

Proceeds from the day will go towards supporting the local Sir Lowry’s Pass Village Community.
